Welcome to MEZnet. By accessing or using any of our services (meznet.com, MEZ Laser, MEZ Cutter and future products), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing or using MEZnet services, you confirm that: (i) you are at least 13 years old; (ii) you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; (iii) you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Description

MEZnet is a digital fabrication software suite that includes:

• MEZ Laser — web platform and desktop application for laser engraving image processing.
• MEZ Cutter — design editor and controller for vinyl cutting plotters (in development).
• Complementary services: community gallery, credit system and desktop app licensing.
• MEZ Manager — MEZ Manager — panel zarządzania komercyjnego: wyceny, zamówienia, portal klienta i komunikacja warsztat–klient.
• MEZLink — MEZLink — przekaz obrazów w czasie rzeczywistym z urządzeń mobilnych do MEZ Desktop.
• MEZ Desktop — MEZ Desktop — natywna aplikacja rozszerzająca MEZ Laser na komputerze użytkownika; wymaga aktywnej sesji.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. EU users between 13 and 16 require verifiable parental consent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

Registered users receive free credits daily. Anonymous users have limited access to a shared global counter.

Additional credits may be purchased and never expire.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting access to the service for as long as MEZnet operates commercially. It does not guarantee perpetual access if the service is discontinued.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• Credits already used are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, unless required by applicable law.
• If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, contact us — we assess each case individually.
• EU users have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, provided they have not accessed the digital content before exercising that right.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use MEZnet services to:

• Upload, process or share illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Carry out denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS) or any activity that harms the infrastructure.
• Circumvent security systems, authentication or usage limits.
• Scrape, data-mine or access the service in an automated way without written authorisation.
• Use the service or its results to train AI models without authorisation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All MEZnet software, code, algorithms, designs, trademarks and trade names are the exclusive property of MEZnet or its licensors. No licence is granted over our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to access the service.

You retain all rights over images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us only the limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence needed to process and display that content to you.

Processed images are yours. You may use them freely, including for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEZnet shall not be liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; (ii) loss of data, revenue or profits; (iii) damage resulting from using processed images on physical equipment; (iv) service interruptions beyond our control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow total exclusion of liability, MEZnet's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEZnet and its employees, officers and agents from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost or debt arising from: (i) your use of the service; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your infringement of third-party rights; (iv) any content you upload or share through the service.

10. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or subscriptions, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Force Majeure

MEZnet shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, pandemics, governmental acts or interruptions by external service providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith within 30 days through direct communication. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation before any legal or arbitral proceedings. EU users may also refer to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Niniejsze Warunki podlegają prawu Meksyku (Estados Unidos Mexicanos), miejsca siedziby usługodawcy; nierozstrzygnięte spory będą rozpatrywane przez właściwe sądy Meksyku. Konsumenci z UE/EOG i Wielkiej Brytanii: zachowujesz bezwzględnie obowiązującą ochronę konsumencką kraju swojego zwykłego pobytu i możesz dochodzić roszczeń przed sądami tego kraju. Użytkownicy z innych jurysdykcji: żadne postanowienie tej klauzuli nie pozbawia Cię praw, których nie można się zrzec na mocy prawa Twojego kraju zamieszkania.

14. General Provisions

• Severability — if any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement stays in force.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Waiver — MEZnet's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without MEZnet's prior written consent.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

MEZ Manager — Warunki Szczególne

• Dane klientów warsztatu: Rejestrując klientów w MEZ Manager, warsztat oświadcza, że posiada upoważnienie do przechowywania ich danych. MEZnet działa jako podmiot przetwarzający; warsztat jest administratorem.
• Płatności: MEZnet nie przechowuje danych kart płatniczych. Płatności online w portalu klienta są przetwarzane przez Stripe, MercadoPago lub PayPal zgodnie z konfiguracją warsztatu.
• Portal klienta: Warsztat generuje i udostępnia linki do portalu. Odpowiada za informacje, które udostępnia swoim klientom za ich pośrednictwem.
• Przechowywanie projektów: Przesłane obrazy są przechowywane w Supabase Storage. MEZnet może usuwać pliki z zamkniętych lub nieaktywnych zamówień po 12 miesiącach braku aktywności.
• Subskrypcja: Plan Kompletny jest zarządzany za pośrednictwem Polar.sh. Anulowanie jest skuteczne z końcem bieżącego okresu rozliczeniowego; nie są dokonywane proporcjonalne zwroty za niewykorzystane okresy.

MEZLink — Warunki Szczególne

• Efemeryczny przekaz: Obrazy przesyłane przez MEZLink nie są trwale przechowywane na serwerach MEZnet. Przekaz jest tymczasowy i usuwany po potwierdzeniu dostarczenia lub wygaśnięciu zadania.
• Dostępność: MEZLink wymaga połączenia internetowego na obu urządzeniach. MEZnet nie gwarantuje minimalnego opóźnienia ani ciągłej dostępności usługi przekazu.
• Powiązana sesja: MEZLink wymaga aktywnej sesji MEZ Laser. Dostęp ustaje po wygaśnięciu lub zamknięciu sesji.

MEZ Desktop — Warunki Szczególne

• Licencja: MEZ Desktop wymaga aktywnej subskrypcji lub dożywotniej licencji MEZ Laser. Licencja jest osobista, niezbywalna i nie może być cedowana na osoby trzecie.
• Aktualizacje: Aktualizacje są bezpłatne w trakcie aktywnego okresu subskrypcji lub dla licencji dożywotnich. MEZnet może modyfikować funkcje bez uprzedniego powiadomienia, choć będzie starał się komunikować istotne zmiany.
• Użycie offline: Niektóre funkcje są dostępne bez połączenia z internetem. Te wymagające walidacji z serwerami MEZnet potrzebują okresowej łączności.

Płatności, Subskrypcje i Automatyczne Odnowienie

ANULOWANIE: Aby anulować subskrypcję, przejdź do swojego konta w Polar.sh lub napisz do nas na soporte@meznet.com. Anulowanie jest skuteczne z końcem bieżącego rozliczonego okresu; zachowujesz dostęp do tej daty.

ZWROTY: Płatności za subskrypcje nie podlegają zwrotowi, z wyjątkiem przypadków wymaganych przez prawo. Kredyty MEZ Laser nie wygasają i nie są zwracane w gotówce. Licencje dożywotnie są ostateczne i nie podlegają zwrotowi po aktywacji.

ZMIANY CEN: MEZnet powiadomi o zmianach cen co najmniej 30 dni wcześniej drogą e-mailową na zarejestrowany adres. Aktywni subskrybenci mogą anulować przed wejściem w życie nowej ceny.
