Welcome to MEZ Laser Edition ("MEZ Laser", "we", "our" or "the platform"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

2. Description of the Service

MEZ Laser is an image processing platform for laser engraving that allows users to:

• Process images using professional dithering algorithms
• Resize images in millimeters or pixels with DPI control
• Add text and graphic elements to images
• Share works in the community gallery
• Buy credits or subscriptions for unlimited use

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Eligibility

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Truthfulness of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You cannot create accounts using false identities or to deceive other users.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Credits (Anonymous Users)

2 free credits per day (anonymous users only).

4.2 Purchase of Credits

Additional credits can be purchased via Polar.sh. Purchased credits never expire.

4.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, annual) grant unlimited access during the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.4 Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants perpetual access to the desktop software and web application, including all future updates.

4.5 Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MEZ Laser to:

• Upload, process or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening content or that violates the rights of third parties.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Perform denial-of-service attacks, massive scraping or any activity that could damage or degrade our servers.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication or rate-limiting systems.
• Use the service to train AI or machine learning models without our explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All software, code, algorithms, designs, logos and content of MEZ Laser are owned by MEZ Laser Edition and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Images

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your images. When uploading an image to the community gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share and promote it within the platform.

6.3 Processed Results

The processed images are yours. You can use them commercially without restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MEZ Laser is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income or profits
• Damages resulting from the use of processed images on laser machines

8. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms. You can cancel your account at any time from the "My Account" section.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City.
