Frequently asked questions

Yes. The demo includes the full interface and all materials with unlimited processing. The only restrictions are that results have a watermark and you cannot save or export files. Any subscription unlocks everything.

Yes! Any subscription or the Lifetime plan includes full access to the web app and desktop software. Each subscription covers: 1 active web session + option A: 1 MEZ Link + 1 desktop PC; or option B: 2 desktop PCs if you don't use MEZ Link.

Your subscription stops renewing and access ends at the end of the billing period. All files you have already exported are yours forever. You can reactivate whenever you want. The Lifetime plan never expires.

The current release is exclusively for Windows 10 and 11. Linux and macOS versions are planned — they will be announced in the changelog when available.

Each subscription or Lifetime plan allows activation on up to 2 offline devices (your design PC and your workshop machine) and 1 active web session — total 3 simultaneous devices.

Only for the initial activation. Once activated it works completely offline. Just reconnect once every 30 days to renew the license verification.
